1) Entrepreneur’s
background
Dr.
Rozmey real name is Datuk Dr Rozmey Che Din is no stranger to the production of
products that help health. He has married with his wife Noor Halawiah Binti
Abdullah Shukri and they have 3 babys which is 2 son and 1 doughter. First son
is syamsul Anwan Bin Rozmey seconds is Puteri Amylia Natasha and the last is
Putera Amirul Hakim. After several years they are build the family, in 2008 his
wife Noor halawiah Binti Abdullah Shukri pass away, and Dr Rozmey married again
with Nur Zulaifa Zulkifli.
Dr.
Rozmey is an obstetrician and gynecologist, he was born of Kedah and absolutely
talented in the business world. Dr Rozmey is a person with high qualifications
in the field of education, he holds a Master of Medicine (MD) from Universiti
Sains Malaysia (USM) and is an individual who has an interest in the world of
business and entrepreneurs in the small-minded.
He
is an individual who is skilled in various aspects but more skilled in
medicine, therefore, kemahiranya as doctors used entirely to formulate its own
health product, namely "Jus Mate 5". Dr Rozmey is individu
responsible for the company "Herba Prima Sdn Bhd (HPM)" and is the
founder of the large companies that are now well established in Malaysia and in
high demand in the country, its products until now entrusted by society because
of its impact on health body.
Founder
of "Herba Prima Sdn Bhd (HPM)" has been started since 2006
pernigaannya again. He has taken a bold and surprising all his family members
and friends to take the decision to leave medicine, which at that time he was
still on duty at the hospital. however, he did not expect his decision paid off
quite handsomely.
Dr.
Rozmey said, for getting involved in the world of business has many challenges
it is because at this stage he began to get involved in the business field is
from zero with his first wife. From there, with great determination high and
strong determination they started the business by sharing the office with a
perpusat Jitra Medical Centre in Jitra, Kedah.
Now
he already has his own business empire. the company has successfully opened and
flourished rapidly that only takes a short period of 2 years only. achievements
and successes achieved by his so unusual and has quickly made him well as
Director of Herba Prima able to employ more than 300 staff workers and even
journalists themselves.
Herba
Prima Sdn Bhd's unit, he also has a variety of operating for 24 hours to give
the best service to dealers and customers. he did not think the concept is well
received and sales of health products mmbuahkan his results are quite
impressive when thousands of user testimonials appear to give positive
feedback. Dr. Rozmey getting more excited for it all at once forced him to
improve its services offered to all customers in various fields amongly sales
service by introducing a system of buying on-line and online.
After
operating for four years, a company owned by Dr Rozmey Herba Prima Sdn Bhd is
proud because he owned a company is able to stand tall with other large indigenous
companies in the country. He Anthology, Vantage Press, which took the wise
decision to develop the new business skin care, Dr. Rozmey beauty slimming
fitness center (RBSFC), and more.
As
Dr Rozmey achievement which should be emulated to this day not only to young
people but to all Malaysians as Malay race also proved to be as successful as
the other nations.
2) company’s
background.
Initially
before venturing into the business, he still claims to the University, he
started after getting the expertise of specialists in the field of obstetrics
and gynecologist in 1999, armed with high morale and he was determined to seek
a more rewarding in himself. In view of the fact that Dr Rozmey, when we work
in government hospitals the salaries had been set for him no matter how hard we
can work salary each month will not be increased in contrast to his own
business that earns tolerable if we order
more.
According
to Dr. rozmey if want more income, we must choose to work in private hospitals
because in private hospital we paid higher than working under government
hospitals. in June 2000 he had taken the decision to stop work on a voluntary
basis the actions have stunned the rest of the members of his family. He has
stopped within 24 hours from the kubang Kerian Hospital for no reason. the goal
is just want to try generating a new and much better than ever before.
Imagine,
at that time also actually Dr. Rozmey has yet to get a job from any private
hospital. If we think of course the decision was made by he is a brave decision
to die. the reason basically Dr Rozmey felt no problem to continue to
"survive". After that, he decided to migrate to Kuala lumpur. In
Kuala Lumpur, he was only doing the simple work only in private clinics. at
that time, the rate paid only Rm25-rm30 per hour. because he didn't have a job
and want to continue survive. He try to do whatever work for survival while he
was waiting for admission or become specialists in any private hospital. that's
what he did at first. Finally, he managed to get a job at a private hospital, a
hospital swatsa in Batu Pahat, Johor. but he only worked for 2 months there in
September and October.
Because
there is no provision in the area and also on the competition too intense then
he tried to find work at other hospitals, namely the Pasir Gudang. same as
before, Dr. Rozmey only worked for 2 months only, in November and December. He
think that the provision and luck does not turn to him because he just get
below than Rm5000 per month. But if he work under hospital government he will
paid Rm7000-Rm8000 per month. He motivate his selfe to be strong because it was
not easy to survive and success. After he try to find the new job finally he
was offered to work as a specialist of obstetrics and Gynecology at the private
hospital in Putra Medical Centre, Alor Setar.
He
said that the journey is to far it start the journey from Kulala Lumpur, then
go to Batu bahat, Pasir Gudang, and then alor Setar. That was beautiful
experience that he got it. That was something need to be proud because he take
a risk and incredible thing that he did job very well. drastic action is also a
pretty important decision in life.
Dr
Rozmey start his carrier as specialist of obstetrics and Gynecology on 14
January 2001 at Putra Medical Centre. When we work with a lot of people it will
make ourself fell not dissatisfaction. This is because when there is a lot of
problems and certain internal issues such as scramble patients.
When
a complaint cannot be entertained by our employers and the availability
elements of sabotage etc, he thought what to do is whether continue with them
or go to other places. in fact Dr Rozmey has a contract with Putra Medical
Centre for 2 years. the contract ended in December 2002. He think meaby he has
to do something to make a money and continued surviver. After that, Dr. Rozmey
was thinking rationaly and decided to make loans from the bank. in mid-June,
2002 he had made loans from the bank and finally secured a loan with the large
amount of 1 million ringgit Malaysia.
In
October 2002 began moving forward to take risks in order to modify
"Maternity Centre" in Jitra, Kedah. actually that's what began as
quoted by Dr Rozmey. the business has also makes the name Dr Rozmey start
referred to by the general public, services provided by the customer. This is
causing him more eager to put together our strategy next step. January 2003 Dr
Rozmey start opening for awareness and Maternity Centre in Jitra.
At
first not much capital. income even in 15 thousand only a month. So he is not
satisfied the reason he believes he can do more. because looking for more, then
be brave enough to take risks to open his own business. Actually he did the
rarely done by others and Dr have incredible courage as a nomadic lifestyle as
Arabs badawi. It is simply want to search things over again. When we rest
assured, something that will surely get a better impact. that's what happened
at self Dr Rozmey.
on
4 January 2003, with enthusiastic spirit and sacrifices to change the fate of
life towards better Dr Rozmey has decided to start his own business with
capital of 1 million. He said "when we do own our new bisne, we realise
that the business world is not a simple thing"
In
starting a business there are several challenges to be faced by him because he
had two years in a the other city, and people already have yet to recognize
itself as well as with the existing risk and competition. It makes him need to
be more patient and persevere against all attempts and trials in the business
world. the majority of his friends said to him after three months sure business
he will prostrate. he continue to work so that the business doesn't bankrup as
said by his friends.
Thanks
to the patience and determination Dr Rozmey Now, So he can prove it is being
said by friends he had not occurred, during the year 2003 the company under the
auspices of the property of Dr Rozmey has made the best selling sales and
profit up to 1 million at that time. This is cause he can repay the loan made
against to the bank.
After
he got the successful in bisness in 2003 but, during the year 2004 the company
under the auspices of Dr Rozmey has caused competition with local doctors. In
Jitra, of course there is already a doctor who opened the clinic
"Maternity" ordinary just like him. This causes the occurrence of
intense competition between the two of them.
When
Dr Rozmey appears there (Jitra), they are not happy with him Dr Rozmey has been
said as their hometown invaders, though Jitra is the hometown of Dr Rozmey also
so is it wrong??. the Doctor actually start making "Maternity Centre"
just as Dr Rozmey.
In
these programmes, start some complaint that says place Dr Rozmey not good,
place Dr Rozmey has many cases of maternity and infants died, he also is said
to make it work and so on. in fact Dr Rozmey is a newcomer in the world of
doctorate, as compared to the Doctor has long and eight years were there. the
patient be the old doctor side and they certainly believe the old doctor.
Therefore, in business competition that Dr Rozmey finally has been lost.
In
2004 involving Dr Rozmey got the loss of information. total losses each month
is estimated in the Rm 20 thousand-Rm30, 000. from there the Dr Rozmey has been
structuring the business carried out by specialist polyclinic became it was
carried out by junior doctors only. Although basically is a specialist
gynaecologist but we have various abilities which include in terms of skin
treatments, treatment of children and others.
2.1) How Dr Rozmey
start Health Care product.
Dr
rozmey starting a business by producing products to slim the body, beauty,
inner, diabetes, gynaecological, intelligence of the mind and others. the
product was first developed as early as the year 2005 as soon as Dr rozmey to
recover from the stress of the strong competition in 2004. in April they
already owned he's already got a lot of profit again.
from
there the Dr Rozmey see actually he can't expect to hospital simply because the
profit earned is not much Dr rozmey was a brave and likes to try. from there
the Dr rozmey has been thought to work with specialists on a longtime friend in
Hospital Perubatan Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. Based on experience in the field of
doctoral degrees they have made one program, namely Jus Mate 5, dR-II and
dR101.
These
products were issued in 2005. before distribution of the product, they took a
concept which is they should try first and take testimoni of patients. they
need to take time for several months to show the success of these products. We
also need time repeatedly reviewed the formula and constantly improve the
quality of our product formula until it really
get the best formula.
Dr.
Rozmey started to distribute Juice Mate 5 and dR-II in January 2007. Which
means this product was first sold in January 2007 and only take from 2005 until
2007 to produced and subsequently remained in the market.
2.2) How Dr Rozmey
began marketing these products and have been very gratifying to see.
Initially,
Dr Rozmey not know how to sell the products. Dr Rozmey starting from zero. He
only way ordinary marketing done by all entrepreneurs. Dr Rozmey in the manner
of others to advertise its products.
from capital Dr Rozmey have, he has to advertise its products in major
media channels. how other people make, Dr Rozmey also do the same thing. First,
they advertise its product in the magazine "Mingguan Wanita", and in
newspapers.
In
the early stages, Dr Rozmey own for help from journalists. at that time, not a
lot of capital and cost of advertising even higher. everyone understand the
matter. the first ad product Dr Rozmey's out in Harian Metro on 25 December
2006. If searched on the internet is still there. Out in space "expression
With Dr Nomad". Dr Rozmey tells about his experience as well as tips on
top selling products which he Jus Mate 5.
commencing
September 2006 Dr Rozmey started to advertise products in ' women's Weekly
". though sales no more but from there he already saw how important we
invest in advertising.
This
is what many entrepreneurs today do not see. Although our products are not out
yet but Dr Rozmey have begun to invest in advertising even though the money is
not there. It is one of the most important formulas. According to Dr Rozmey
advertising required estimates even though we don't have money. We do not
advertise too much. because what's important, we need to have "care with
Appearance" in major magazines.
3) Achievements.
dR
Rozmey Group (dRG) as know as World International label which is invole in
producing sector healthy foods and beauty. Many achievement that this company
get in label along Dr Rozmey carrier. It is start from business until in the
high certificated on what Dr Rozmey get it.
Dr
Rozmey had planning want to open his business in overseas which is Indonesia in
2012 with almost 2 millions entrepreneure networks has been ready to take over market
of the “ Bumi Garuda (Indonesia)”.
That
is luck and a very big positive impact for his business in a global stage. With
2 millions user of their products they only need to spend their little bit
effort. It will be incredible attacked from Malaysian business in the Indonesia
market, which is Dr Rozmey business estimated will earned in a hundred million
and thousand per month. This is gifted from Allah to his business. Actually
they will open market share with stabilizing platform.
After
that dR Rozmey Group (DRG) will enter the Middle East market (Arab) and work
with one of the big company from the middle east peninsula. They will bring
Malaysian products under the label dR Rozmey Group (DRG) to 6 middle eastern
country, one product will be marketed Dr Rozmey in Egypt and India. It is such
a great achievement by dR Rozmey Group (DRG) as the young entrepreneurs of
small countries, namely Malaysia. So that after this, Malaysia neme will be
known in a many contries especially in middle east such as Egypt, Qatar, UAE
and India.
let
us think, If the company was established it must produce a large sales and
requires a lot of money in a million Ringgit Malaysia, which is the cost to
produce the product only. Then when it really embodies everything will change.
After
4 years of operation of the company under the label dR Rozmey Group (DRG). dR
Rozmey Group (DRG) has received something interesting news when other
entrepreneurs from abroad have been attracted to the product Dr Rozmey. They
want to share the market with the company Dr Rozmey after they were impressed
with the quality of products dR Rozmey Group (DRG). This is because, when the
product Dr Rozmey has helped millions of people out there in health care body.
In
Malaysia also Dr Rozmey Che Din do not really explore to developing his
business. This is because he early target in 2013, and the end of 2013 after enter years of 2014 Dr Rozmey Che Din
has been title as young “billionaire”. A
lot of his product has been known every state of Malaysia from the north until
south of contry in Malaysia and also borneo of Sabah and Sarawak.

of success factors of the business by Dr Rozmey to young entrepreneur out
there.
Dr
Rozmey comments, for young entrepreneurs out there, especially muslim,. First
we need to know what is the purpose of our life. And that has created us as
humans on this world. That's the basics of life.
This
is because maybe we will get a great success, but as a muslim in fact to get
impressive success without knowledge of God and the axis of the really tough
going on and if it happens to us. It does not happen in a long time.
Although
we are millionaires, in fact we need to realise that we rich on Earth only but
hereafter we don't know. If we are rich already maybe we are not rich people
who think of the good of society or benefit of the ummah. If we sell healthy
products, but at the same time we give the poison etc and just think about the
money to be millionaire is actually not good yet.
So
the basics necessary to succeed as an entrepreneur is "when we want to set
foot in the field of entrepreneurship, we have to do is assess
themselves". We have not looked at the business and life just for tomorrow
and also just to eat and drink only. but it is a journey that is very much for
the future to head to the creator and we will get back to the creator as a
person loved by our Creator later.
4)There is many
factor that I really admire Dr Rozmey and he has a lot of Challenges in his career.
I choose
Dr Rozmey as my idols because he have a positive things. Which is when he was
young, he came from poor family and the condition didn’t make him give up with
the life. But, he thinks that everything will change if we want to make it.
Another thing is, Mr Haji Ali also respectful and kind man. He never ignored
his mother’s and he also make a donation to the poor person.
Dr
Rozmey has a lot of challenge happen to his company. To be a
successful entrepreneur is not easy. They have to face a lots challenge and for
those who are cannot face it, they might fall in the business. And how we
solved it depends on us. For example during 2010. When Dr
Rozmey try to making the film, many people hate and they are condem his
company. They said Dr Rozmey lack of idea and the film of Dr Rozmey does not
have the quality. This is very incredible and it can kill Dr Rozmey business.
Dr
Rozmey try to make a film and many of people abuse the Dr Rozmey film, but it
they accept as a spirit to gain their business. The situation like that we have
to see as a positive part ,meaby this is test from Allah we have to consider as
a theraphy and make a self reflection to ourself.
It
was so incredible when some people attack Dr Rozmey , he just can only be able
to be stronge and didn’t make a situation be more strength. Dr Rozmey just consider they don’t understand on what Dr
Rozmey do it. Dr Rozmey also easy to forget the negative coments on what people
was do to him and he try to continued his carrier. He struggle about his
busines, marketing, business objective,
and the last what is the importan thing is Dr Rozmey must prove what he do is
thing is right, and produce the awesome of success.
Dr
Rozmey philosophy’s is very easy. Which
is make something very well and and leave it to the our Creator. Dr Rozmey says when people don't like with his
business run. one day they sure will be happy and satisfied when we've really
proven success against what we're working on. So in business identity must be
strong and we must have a mission and vision as Gavrilo princip in business if
we want to get success. When we are talking about about the principles of Dr
Rozmey also has its own principles and motto, in his business. Dr Rozmey should
always be honest, reliable, loyal, and always intelligent.
As
a true Muslim, we should take the time to pray to God if we are in a deadlock
and need help or feel too weak. After we worked hard in trying to we need to
"trust" to God with hope Allah will give us success. Actually
everything is dependent on God even though we fall or rise in business and
life, God is the best planning. We need to know that. That's the basics for
success Dr Rozmey with the company under the auspices of him. So despite how
big the problem, it would be normal and easier to handle because we have God.
In
the business world the most tense situation is when we are in a State of
"Stress". then we need to be a more penyabar, we need to think of
ways how to generate ideas that makes sense for businesses to settle problems
and eventually change the problem as a remarkable success. It is a difficult
thing for does one entrepreneur if we cannot deal with the situation as a
confidence. due to the many entrepreneurs who fail to continue to succeed.
5) what can I learn
from this entreprenure ?.
Dr Rozmey
bin Che Din is the one of most successful entrepreneur in Malaysia. There are
many input that I have learn from him before I’m trying to involve in the
business field. He had good characteristic that can be role model to new
entrepreneur.
Dr
Rozmey Bin Che Din never give up with his business. Even there are many
ridicule towards his business and also the bank refused to give him loan. He
still try to use his own savings to started his business. It can be good
example for new entrepreneur because in business there many challenges had to
face before become a success. To be a successful entrepreneur, we should not be
give up when we had to face a challenges. We must patient and try to find the
best solution to solve the problems.
Beside
that, Dr Rozmey Bin Che Din is visionary person. His has a high confidence
level until he able expand his business around the world for example he
planning to market his product like Jus Mate 5 to Indonesia, Middle East (
Egypt, Qatar, Iraq and India ). This exemplary for the new entrepreneur can be
learn from new entrepreneur generation
in Malaysia. In business, as entrepreneur, we must have a high confidence level
to run our business well even we fall down and give up.
Furthermore,
Dr Rozmey Che Din is able take a risk in his business. He willing to started
his business by using his own money. It is because when his want to make a loan
at bank, the bank has rejected his loan. But, his still open the first outlet
at Jitra, Kedah even there are have competitor . therefore it can give a good
point to new entrepreneur to learn how to get the idea.
Besides,
we
should always believe ourselves when making decision. This is because according
to Dr Rozmey, decision that are come from ourselves will make a better end
product. We should not afraid from making our own decision and should believe
that it will make a better result. If we still can’t make it, get some opinion
from the one that we trusted especially our family member. Asking for their
opinion will providing more various idea that we can choose the best one as the
way for us to overcome any struggle.
Next,
we also should provide product and services with the best afford. This is to
ensure that customer will satisfied with our product and services in order to
remain them as our loyal customer. Any comments from the customer should be
response in right way and make an afford to overcome it. By overcome this
weaknesses, we can ensure that it’s doesn’t repeated in the coming days. In
making the best product and services, we should include the concept of earnest,
honest, trustworthy, do not cheat and good services as what is applied by dR
Rozmey Group ( dRG) in his business.
Other
than that, we also should always make our religious topic in the first place
although when we are working. We believe that religious play an important role
in our life in the world and hereafter. So, it’s important to do anything with
the guidance of what Islam teach us as it’s will not brings us to the wrong
path of life. We should not forget religion no matter how busy we are in our
life because there’s nothing more important than to keep our faith well.
Based
on what I learn in APT 2013 Entrepreneurial Behaviour, concept that I can
imitate from the choosen entrepreneur is always think that all problem can be
solved in mindset. There will always a solution for the problem that we face as
long as we are not give up. Our mindset need to be positive in order to achieve
our personal and company goal. We also must be able to self-motivate, make
quick decision, able to handle stress, open-minded and patient. With all of
these concept, we will be able to overcome our problem and mistake in the right
way.
Second,
we should have self-motivation and others support to succeed. As for the
self-motivation, we should have our own personal goal and ambition to succeed
like Dr Rozmey. He always said that we need this thing that will make ourselves
working towards it. For others support, we need person that closed to us and
can be trusted. This is to ensure that they can inspire us when we are down in
order to achieve goal.
We
also should become a good attitude and more discipline, confident in order to
overcome risk. This including financial, operational, career, unpredictable
risk . We should not fear and perceive risk as challenge that need them to
react with entrepreneur’s skill. This is a way to achieve the goal in the right
way entrepreneur handle their risk.
Conclusions
As
conclusion, if we want to be a successful entrepreneur, we should learned from
the best entrepreneurs first. They might be our inspiration to open a business.
To be a successful entrepreneur, you had face a lot of challenges. That
challenges will make you more matured and wide thinking.
And for
those who really want open own business especially a students, you can go to a
seminar. For secondary school students, you can take an Entrepreneurship
courses at university. You will learn how to manage your business well.
If
we want to become a successful entrepreneur we must have a strong determination
to succeed. as entrepreneurs we can not easily give up and cheat in the world
involving because business won't last long.
